1. Who we are

2. What the service does
You upload a memory dump read from an airbag control unit (SRS ECU). We remove the crash data record from that file and return a repaired file for you to write back to the module. The service works on the file only. We do not inspect, repair or certify the vehicle, its wiring, sensors or airbags.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must be entitled to work on the vehicle and the data you upload.
- You are responsible for reading and writing the ECU correctly, and for keeping your own backup of the original file.
- Safety: clearing crash data does not repair a vehicle. Deployed airbags, damaged pretensioners, faulty sensors and wiring must be replaced and the system verified as fault-free before the vehicle is used on the road. You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy.
- The service must not be used to conceal accident damage from a buyer, insurer or authority.
4. Tokens and prices
- Work is paid for with tokens, bought in advance. One crash data reset costs 20 tokens.
- Prices shown on the Buy Tokens page are final; no VAT is added.
- Tokens are tied to your account, are not transferable and do not expire.
- Tokens are prepaid credit and are not exchanged back into money, except where the law gives a consumer a right of withdrawal — see our Refund Policy.
- Tokens are deducted when a file is submitted for processing.
5. Delivery
Most files are processed automatically within minutes; every result is reviewed by us before it is released to you. Where a file needs manual work, delivery may take longer and we will keep you informed. If we cannot repair a file, the tokens for that job are returned to your account — see our Refund Policy.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service is digital and begins immediately, you expressly request immediate performance when you submit a file, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once that job has been completed. Tokens you have not used are unaffected and remain refundable as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Liability
We provide the repaired file with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee that every module can be repaired or that a repaired file will function in every vehicle. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the job concerned. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect reading or writing of the module, by faulty hardware, or by use of the vehicle before the airbag system has been properly repaired and checked. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.
8. Accounts
Keep your login details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is used unlawfully or that abuses the service. You can ask us to delete your account at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
10. Law and disputes
Slovenian law applies and the courts of Slovenia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
